Dorothy Gillespie – Untitled

Dorothy Gillespie (1920-2012) was a painter, sculptor, and installation artist. She created joyful aluminum sculptures that radiate, undulate, or curl like giant arrangements of ribbon, enchanted towers, or bursting fireworks. Her work appears in many public installations and museums throughout the US.
